Our Shared Lineage

The Convergence Collective was founded on the belief that Africa, Israel, and Black America are not disconnected stories—they are parts of a shared spiritual and cultural lineage. We exist to bridge the African and Jewish diasporas, linking their histories, experiences, and aspirations into one collective movement. Our work brings together leaders across continents and traditions for transformational learning, meaningful dialogue, and lasting impact. Our leadership team brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, international affairs, faith-based organizing, and civic engagement. We’ve led dozens of community-building events, international delegations, and interfaith partnerships that continue to shape leaders and institutions alike.
